Wohoooooooooooooooo

I havent been here in a looooooooooooooong time but wohoooooooooooo I passed my Step 2...I passed passed passed....I have hope....I am soooooooooo happy, I can dance all the time :) 10/21/09 was the lucky day :)

9 days to go

Till my test. I have tried to work really hard this time. When I pass, I will have conquered one HUGE obstacle in my career as a physician in US.
I will write some about kids next time i log on, right now, no time to do so

Much happened in this month of Jul 09
He took his first step 3 weeks before his first Bday and walked 1 week before his Bday on July 24th
We had ear tubes due to recurrent ear infections...2nd week of July
1 week after that at least some STTN
Clapping, all done sign, ball, some kind of cat or dog sound is his new things
He loves music...looooooooooooooooves it and starts to dance as soon as he hears anything resembling music lol

On Myra's news we are speaking in urdu at home totally now
Still studyin for my test last day of Spe 09, so help me God lol

End of June

Coincidently my last post is last day of May. Its like catching the almost leaving train. H is going to be 1 year old this new month. Still not walking. We go on 1st for ear tubes i think. Sleep is still not perfect. He is stubborn and is refusing to set a trend of STTN. Once or twice a week I get lucky but mostly its hit and a miss.
M has been better this month. I am feeling very guilty that I am not paying attention to her learning and school is doing the regular stuff. This week i will try putting a mouse on the laptop to see if she gets more dexter with the mouse. We will see
I am still preping for my exam, Sep hopefully, I want to do it so bad this time so we will see.

More on H

We are way better with sleep then we were. Still one waking a night at 10 months but well I am not complaining we will get there.
Pump amount has gone donw to 4 oz from 12 oz 3 months ago. I am pumping twice at work now instead of 3 times.
He has started to clap since last 2 weeks, now does on demand. Also can do so big since last 2 weeks. Says mama and baba regularly. Says "baal" to ball, Daidy to both cats, talks a LOT....moves had in No since he was about 6 months old and knows what it means. Loves to play wit Myra and knows who Myra is when I ask him where is Myra...can crawl since 8 months old, just started to climbing on knee high stuff. Can stand on his own for 4-5 secs, cruises all over.
M on other hand is testing my patience....OMG there are days when she pushes me to wall with her defiance and stubborness and I am literally putting her in time outs every 2 hours....Uggggh, dont know what else should I do with her, I take her things away, she has been spanked about 2-3 times on her butt but nothing works on her....EEEEEEK

H's sleep

I spoke too soom last time i wrote. Well he is in his room since he turned 9 months old 2 weeks ago. Then last sunsay and saturday he kicked my behind by waking up at odd hours and not going back to sleep. I slept only 2 hour sunday night and ended up using one of my pumping breaks for a 30 min nap, i was a zombie. So this Monday night si decided enough and I am not going on in anymore. So he woke up on all his times and i turned monitor off and tried to look at the lighting up lights, each time it was 9-10 min off and on. Fed him 5 AM that morning again and put him down after rocking and came back to my room. Tuesday same thing, Wednesday only one waking at 3:45 and I went in at 4:00 then asleep till 7:15 when J woke him up. Thursday 5:00 AM woke up to eat sleep till 8 after that. Friday 5:00 am wake up and slept till 7:30, saturday (today) 5:30 wake up and ate till 6 slept till 7:30 after that. As before only thing that worked or so far worked is not goin in when I know he is not hungry (shouldnt be, he weighs fine and he eats better than Myra ever did at this age). Anyway so far not going in has worked, lets see. Tonight we are going out to watch X-men. We havent gone out to eat or watch a movie in 4 years by ourselves. Now that he is STTN (please God no jinxing me) I am comfy going out, we will be back around 1 and they will both be sleeping. Mari will be home and she can work in the living room while they sleep. Should be good going out finally....:)
